Red Devil Power: ASCENSION (10th-12th)
Are you a motivated and current student-athlete at Chaminade? Do you want to get faster, stronger, and more athletic this summer? Then this is your camp. Red Devil Power: ASCENSION is a complete strength and conditioning summer program designed exclusively for an athlete on the RISE toward or at the varsity-level of any sport.
Over 8 weeks and 24 sessions, athletes will train through a systematic program focused on building and expressing strength, power, speed, explosiveness, and the mental toughness expected of an Esto Vir man, and championship caliber student-athlete.
This camp is led by Dr. Colin Hanna, Chaminade’s Head Strength & Conditioning Coach and Weight Training teacher. Coach Hanna has over 15 years of experience training athletes from middle school to premier varsity and collegiate levels.

Ascension & Building (What You Will Gain)
